Indian clients visited the aluminum materials factory

In February 2025, our factory welcomed an important group of international visitors—a delegation of clients from India, who made a special trip to visit the aluminum plant. The purpose of this visit was to gain an in-depth understanding of the factory's production capabilities, technical processes, and product quality, laying a solid foundation for potential cooperation. The factory's leadership and heads of relevant departments warmly received the delegation and provided detailed explanations throughout the entire visit.

Entering the Workshop to Witness Core Manufacturing Strength .Guided by factory representatives, the Indian clients first visited the casting workshop. Technicians provided a detailed explanation of the entire process from aluminum ingot raw materials to casting formation. The advanced automated casting equipment, stringent temperature control, and rigorous quality inspection procedures allowed the clients to directly observe the factory's strict control over raw material quality. 

Subsequently, the delegation proceeded to the extrusion workshop, where high-speed extrusion production lines operated in an orderly manner. On-site staff demonstrated key stages of aluminum profile extrusion, from mold pressing to final shaping. In response to the clients' inquiries regarding "complex cross-section profile production," technicians presented practical case studies showcasing the factory's mature expertise in high-precision extrusion technology.

In the surface treatment workshop, the diversified processing techniques frequently draw customers to pause and observe. Whether it's the gloss control of anodizing or the color uniformity of powder coating, each process is demonstrated through visualized quality inspection procedures. Customers particularly noted the environmentally friendly treatment equipment introduced by the factory, expressing high recognition for the company's investment in green production.

Technical exchange, sparking collaborative ideas

After the visit, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions. The factory representatives provided a detailed presentation via PowerPoint on the company's development history, core product portfolio, and quality control system. They particularly emphasized their customized service capabilities in the fields of architectural aluminum and industrial aluminum materials tailored to the Indian market demands. The head of the Indian client delegation raised questions regarding product certification standards, production capacity delivery timelines, and personalized design support, to which the factory representatives provided thorough responses. Both sides exchanged views on topics such as technical standard alignment and supply chain collaboration.
